I have a New Generac Synergy 20kW Generator with a whole house 200A Automatic Transfer Switch. Presently I have (25) 250 Watt PV Panels with Micro-Inverters.

I would like to know if anyone has a solution to isolate the PV System while the Generator is running?

You can use a Smart Management Module (SMM) from Generac (Mdl # 6873) to isolate any load from the generator without control wiring. You can give it a priority from 1 to 8 or Lock it out all together while on Generator. Could be used possibly with ANY Generator.

They also have a hard lockout Auxiliary Transfer Switch Contact Kit (Mdl # 5621. This allow you to lock out an A/C Load through its thermostat control. I believe that you can also control a Power Management Module (PMM) (Mdl # 6199) by running the output of one of the PMM Load Management Ports on an ATS, IMHO. This would Lock out the load while generator was running. Check with Generac first on this configuration.
